Booking Policy

SITES & FEES: All fees must be paid in full prior to arrival. There are no refunds for shortened stays. Extra person charges will apply (max 6 people per site). Only 1 vehicle and 1 trailer per cabin/site are allowed unless staff permits otherwise. If full payment is not received prior to arrival, the booking may be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS: During peak/holiday season, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days before arrival unless management approves.

ADMINISTRATION FEE: Bookings may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the standard arrival time (due at 2 pm, 2 days before arrival). If you cancel within 48 hours before arrival, you will forfeit any deposit paid. A $30 ($50 in peak) administration fee will be charged to all cancelled bookings. We reserve the right to terminate your accommodation or site agreement during your stay and retain any monies paid should you not abide by to the park rules.
